About Cryptikos

My name is Carlos Bermejo — I am a Colombian-American artist based in Ohio, I’ve been creating dark art since 2008.

Cryptikos is the evolution of my first design brand, Soulphur Designs, launched during the glorious Myspace era, where I created visuals for the first wave of underground deathcore and other metal bands.

Today, I specialize in album artwork, merch design, and horror-themed animated and stop-motion videos, shared across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.

Using tools like Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, MidJourney, Sora 2, and more, I bring surreal, unsettling visions to life for those drawn to the darker side of art.
